Wrong/Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Orders Lost in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order is lost during transit and does not reach you within the specified delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that in order to process any claim under the above-mentioned exceptions, we may require supporting documentation such as photographs of the damaged product or a written confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the lost package. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
However, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Size or Color Exchanges: Please carefully review the size chart provided for each product before making a purchase. We cannot accommodate size exchanges due to customer preferences or ordering the incorrect size.
Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that shopping online can sometimes result in impulse purchases or changes of heart. However, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. We encourage our customers to make informed decisions and be confident in their purchases.
